Christopher Tiner is a cosmetic surgeon based in Los Angeles.

Challenge

Dr. Tiner’s patients were primarily reconstructive referral patients from various Los Angeles hospitals. One of the goals of this project was to expand the practice patient pool to attract a balance of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patients.

Recommendation

Redesign practice interior design, rejuvenate and re-target brand position and before and after examples of cosmetic patient results. 

Method

Revise copy and photography. Reposition towards cosmetic market with destination for reconstructive patients to continue to obtain information. We developed a new SEO optimized site that increased cosmetic procedures by 15% in year one.
